By accessing or using the Navigating AI as a Family course ("Course") offered by Mighty Jo LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or access the Course.

2. Course Description

The Course is a self-paced digital educational program designed to help parents understand and navigate artificial intelligence in family life. The Course includes written content, downloadable guides, and reflection exercises.

Although the Course creator, Dr. Ely Schneider, is a licensed psychologist, this Course is not offered in a clinical capacity, and the content is not personalized medical or psychological advice. The Course provides general educational guidance and frameworks for parents.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Course is offered at a one-time price of $39 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount and acknowledge the terms outlined herein.

6. Access Duration

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. Access will automatically expire at the end of this period.
